These terms apply to rooms booked directly with Redwings Lodge Solihull.
Your booking
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
Rates shown include VAT and are per room, per night, for the number of guests selected.
Payment
The payment terms depend on the rate you choose, and are shown on that rate before you book. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking; flexible rates are not charged then — we securely hold your card to guarantee the room and payment follows the terms shown on the rate.
Your card is stored securely by our payment provider and checked when you give it to us. We do not place a pre-authorisation or reserve any amount on it when you book. If you bring a pet, the hotel places a separate £50 refundable pre-authorisation on arrival.
Cancellation
The policy that applies to your stay is the one shown on the rate you selected, and is repeated in your confirmation email.
- Flexible — cancel free of charge up to 48 hours (2 days) before arrival. Cancel after that point, or fail to arrive, and the full stay is charged.
- Non-refundable — charged in full at the time of booking. No changes and no refunds.

Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: From 15:00 · reception is open 24 hours
- Check-out: By 10:00
- At check-in: photo ID and a credit or debit card are required

House rules
- Age — The minimum age to check in is 18. Children of any age are welcome with an adult, and are charged as adults from 18.
- Pets — Dogs and cats welcome in selected rooms at £15 per pet per night, with a £50 refundable pre-authorisation · maximum two · please ask when you book. Pets are not allowed in the Deluxe Family Room. Assistance dogs stay free of charge.
- Cots — Free on request for children under 3, subject to availability · no extra beds
- Accessibility — One wheelchair-accessible double room · there is no lift, so upper floors are reached by stairs
- Payment — Visa, Mastercard and American Express
No-show, smoking and damage
- No-show — If you do not arrive and have not cancelled within the terms of your rate, the full stay is charged.
- Smoking — The hotel is entirely non-smoking, bedrooms included, and this covers e-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking anywhere indoors incurs a specialist cleaning charge.
- Damage — You are responsible for damage to the room, its contents or the hotel caused by you or anyone in your party. The cost of repair, replacement or specialist cleaning may be charged to the card held for your booking, at the manager's discretion.
